The busywork runs itself, and asks before it sends.
An agent triages email, drafts follow-ups and keeps your calendar current. A person approves every external action.
01Problem
What owners tell us before a build
-
Self-employed and running several businesses, looking for AI to buy back time.
Health products company founder, booking form -
Two to three hours of the operator's day went to repeatable work.
Health products company, discovery baseline -
Very automated, but very manual process.
ScribbleSoft CEO, on the process before the build
02Scope
What we build
One system, or several agents, wired into your inbox, calendar and the tools you run today.
-
01
Inbox triage
Reads incoming email, sorts what needs you from what does not, and drafts the reply.
-
02
Meeting and agreement agent
Keeps track of your meetings and the agreements that come out of them.
-
03
Document intelligence
Turns meeting transcripts and documents into briefs and manuals you can act on.
-
04
Approval dashboard
Every external action waits in one place until you approve it.
-
05
Alerts on disconnection
Flags a dropped connection within minutes instead of leaving a gap you find later.
03Process
How a build runs
Nothing goes live until you sign off.
-
Step 1
Scope and access
We map where your time actually goes. You share inbox, calendar and the files the agents will read.
-
Step 2
Build in stages
A foundation goes live first, with the full system following once it is proven.
-
Step 3
Live on your sign-off
Done when you say done. Support starts on the day you sign off.

06Questions
Questions owners ask
Where does our data live?
It depends on the build. One recent system runs on the client's own machine, reached through an encrypted private tunnel, and nothing leaves it without approval.
Why does Gmail keep disconnecting?
Google expires connections every 25 to 40 days. An alerts channel flags it within minutes so nothing sits broken.
Won't the API costs get out of hand?
We run agents on a local machine through a flat subscription instead of metered API calls where it fits.
What happens if an agent fails quietly?
Health checks and alerts reach you by text and email, with a manual fallback queue behind them.
We are based outside Canada. Does that change anything?
We send a written tax breakdown and a draft services agreement for your adviser to review. This is not legal advice.
Tell us what keeps landing back on your desk.
A 30-minute discovery call. The scope and the price come out of it.
