Calls answered when your team cannot pick up.
A voice agent qualifies the caller and books the slot. Urgent calls go to a person.

03Process
How a voice build runs
Nothing goes live until you sign off.
-
Step 1
Scope and access
We map your call flow. You share phone, CRM and calendar access, plus 5 to 10 real call recordings.
-
Step 2
Build and test
You test the agent on real calls. Each issue is logged and fixed, with a video update every Friday.
-
Step 3
Live on your sign-off
Done when you say done. Support starts on the day you sign off.

06Questions
Questions owners ask about voice agents
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
We recommend the agent says so at the start of the call. Where the law requires it, calls also open with a recording disclosure.
What if it sounds robotic?
We tune the prompts and pauses, and you compare voice models before launch. We can also record a persona session with you.
Will it say our brand and product names right?
We collect a pronunciation list before the build and set it at the voice layer, so each name sounds the same on every call.
Do we need a new phone number?
Not necessarily. The default is a new dedicated number that transfers to your line. Keeping your current number works too.
What will the agent never ask a caller for?
Card numbers, health information and ID numbers. For outbound calls, you need a lawful basis for each call and a do-not-call list you own.
Why does testing take weeks?
Real calls surface problems no internal test finds. Each one is logged and fixed before the agent goes live.
Tell us where your calls go unanswered.
A 30-minute discovery call. The scope and the price come out of it.
